A 1930s detached Bungalow developed in 2011 by Lime Interiors. This property had been lovingly maintained by the owner, however due to poor health he had not been able to maintain it. Due to rising costs he needed a very quick sale from cash purchasers but he was keen to know our intentions as he the owner wanted a family to reside in the property.
Only one small extension was required to square off the rear of the house and modernise the internals and rejig the layout. The pictures speak for themselves and the new owners were delighted with the level of finish and attention to detail.
