We appreciate that the durability and reliability of a kitchen are extremely important. All of the products we supply are of the very highest quality we are therefore extremely confident in them.

For peace of mind all our kitchen ranges are provided with a comprehensive 15 year guarantee.

Our guarantee provides for the repair or replacement of your kitchen should a defect occur to the carcasses or doors and hinges, that is not as a result of wear and tear or poor quality workmanship regarding the fitting of your kitchen. Our service includes supply only or supply and installation.

If we are commissioned to undertake the installation of your kitchen, our guarantee provides for defects occurring to your kitchen as a result of the installation.

If we are not commissioned to undertake the installation of your kitchen and defects in your kitchen are as a direct result of poor installation, our guarantee does not provide cover in this regard.

After sales care

Our after installation service is as important to us as our pre-installation service. We know that what our clients are left with, once we are gone, is of the utmost importance. Therefore we will arrange to return every 6 months to ensure the kitchen is functioning and performing as was intended.
