Carcasses are made from MFC. We only use Egger boards as a supplier, as this is the most expensive and best carcasse material in the industry. The difference being in comparison to other materials such as Kronospan or Thermopal is the laminate is of a better quality and the chipboard is more compact with better materials. This lowers the chances of any chipping on edges during cutting.

Veneered carcasses are available as an upgrade.

Carcasses are glued and dowelled on a through feed press.

All are backs are 18mm including wall units. Edging is 1mm thick ABS unlike cheaper companies who use 0.4mm paper, which will chip.
 
Units are all available in 255 colour choices these will match most doors with 99% accuracy.
 
All units are fitted with Blumotion soft close hinges as standard.
GRASS for our drawers are fitted as standard with soft close mechanisms. These have a 40kg weight capacity.

All pullouts and wirework, bins, towel rails are made by Kessebommer all with soft close.
